    Missed the good price on the Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus and have been watching it.

    This one is tempting, though. Looks like the headline feature differences are that this Instant Pot Duo doesn't have:
    - sterilizer
    - bake
    - sous vide
    I think there's also design differences and extra parts.

    Need to decide whether it's worth waiting for the price to drop again or pull the trigger on this one…

      According to Instant Pot UK, they are looking at getting the Evo Plus in the 8 Quart size closer to the end of the year.
