Personally, I am a fan of the Ethiopian filter roast from Tade GG. A very sweet and tasty brew, as expected from a high-altitude natural.
Wouldn't get their espresso blends for $65/kg, but have definitely had some very tastey single origins from them well worth the price and more honestly.
Edit: Although saying that, 2kg of this would be $72.80, which is very good.

Can't say that I'm a huge fan of their espresso blends haha, but let us know how it was.
If you're down at their cafe again, try have one of their espressos. Honestly the best, most balanced extraction I've had from an espresso in a long time.

Nice coffee. I was in Sydney CBD for the first time since March today so went in to Industry Beans for a coffee. However, at $65kg per kg it is very pricy and there are better deals on Ozbargain frequently.
