How does this stack up against 3700x and 5600x?

  For single core tasks and gaming the 5600X is going to perform much better at lower resolutions (Higher resolutions are more GPU bound). For multi core tasks such as video editing the3800XT is slightly ahead of the 3700X and both will be ahead of the 5600X.
