    I have had a 2 of these, 1 from dealextreme $16 and one from the apple store for $90
    The dealextreme one claims 2000ma and will charge mu iphone 4/4s to 100% full
    the Apple store brand name one that claims 1600ma but I only get 70 - 80% from flat
    booth are life savers from time to time. Look for 1800ma+ if you want to get a full charge from it.
    despite the internal iphone battery being 1350ma. current is lost converting 3.7V to 5 volts then back to 4 Volts

      Different brand may have different charging efficiency of batteries. So charging efficiency depends on how they designed their battery :)

      I can't vote neg (not senior enough) but as sonicentropy said before.. probably important to know power rating (mAH).

      Either way $38 is not cheap..a quick eBay search will back this statement up.

        i had this feeling from the beginning :) its imposible for local seller to beat dealextreme buyincoins focalprice.
        they bought from the same suppliers but running a shop/website here in sydney with high overhead cost. so….
