After looking at TGG, JB, commercial stores of each, Google shopping etc. I think found the best deal for me.
TGG/JB/and commercial equivalents are selling the LG BX OLED 65" TV for around $3400 for Black Friday. Catch recently dropped their price on the BX 65" to $3295. If you happen to have a Unidays code (10% off), you'll slightly beat $3k (with shipping I paid $2997). If you're lucky and you know an employee, even they can only get $3100+s/h.
You can try cashback (2.5%, around $80) but it's unlikely to work with the Unidays code. If you sign up for Club Catch, you'll get about 6000 flybuys ($30) but no free shipping here ("bulky").

Anyone looking at the CX model: Some people on Whirlpool are getting $3400 for the CX before Black Friday when negotiating direct with JB/TGG and several have posted receipts (https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/9kv62j03-7). Hopefully this helps you.
