To get the price indicated in the title, you'll need to add both the Assassin's Creed DLC as well as WD: Legion into the cart.

Using your 100 upoints does not make it any cheaper.

It might be cheaper to “rent” the game via Ubisoft Plus subscription (formerly Ubi+) …

if you are not yet aware of the perils of “Ubisoft Quality”

Especially the crash to desktop bugs in Legion. And corrupted saves. That may never be patched
