    Mine hasn't either but it had a 7 day dispatch. My order has an estimated delivery date of tomorrow. My last orders got delivered day after dispatch, so I'm going to wait a few more days for a dispatch email.

      Thanks - I got a dispatch notice this morning and a (Toll) tracking number.
      The tracking number doesn't work yet but it's progress at least - the email says eta 2/12

            @tbgamexx: Looks like I would have gotten mine today if there wasn't a screwup…

            I had it sent to my PO Box Plus address (ie Suite xxx…)
            Toll decided they can't deliver to PO boxes and took it back to the depot - they'll try again on Monday.

            Sigh, no good deed goes unpunished I guess - trying to minimise deliveries to the house (and resulting dog carry-on)
