Seems like a great deal, cheaper and larger 27in compared to the popular AOC monitors.

1080p to save a click for those wondering
Bought this from Officeworks a while ago and generally quite happy with it for the price.
Only real issue is the monitor height adjustability was virtually non-existent and wasn't super comfortable without stacking something below it for me. YMMV.Is this a better option? https://www.catch.com.au/product/aoc-27-inch-full-hd-freesyn…
Looking at spending about this much for my 13yo son into PC gaming.
AOC 24G2 is the better option, same price as this tonight via Shopping Express.
Depends if you want 24in or 27in. If going for 24in, AOC 24G2 has more good feedback/reviews.
Depends if you want better response times, contrast and colour gamut too, which the 24G2 has over this.
Dont buy the catch version
Resolution:
1920 x 1080 @ 75Hz (DisplayPort, HDMI)
1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz (VGA)Higher FPS (aka Hz) is way more important for gamers.
Also in my opinion Ideal resolution 24" = 1080P and 27" 1440P is idealjasswolf mentioned AOC 24G2 - I'd agree

I have this monitor when it went on sale at officeworks at Xmas last year.
I am very happy with it.
Same here, have had no issues with it.
I picked this up at Officeworks last year for $250, and an AOC 27G2 for $370 - I personally prefer the Philips model for these reasons, but you can't go wrong with either:
-Buttons for OSD controls on the AOC are a b**** to press and frustrate the s*** out of me - Philips is much easier to press
-If you're watching the AOC screen on an angle, there's a bit of a silky look to the screen which I don't like. The Philips just looks a tiny pinch darker instead. The best way I can describe this is gloss vs matte laptop screen look.Colours on the Philips looked better out of the box but AOC has more customisation.
My Philips internal speakers broke a day after getting it and I got a dead pixel after 6 months - returned it to Officeworks and got it back repaired a couple of weeks later (speakers still not working though).
Product is OOS on CentreCom Online now.
1080p 27 inch. Steer clear. PPI too low
Price in title chunks.
