  • blue light glasses not proven to work yet - unconfirmed studies.

      agree khoed792, some studies seem to say rubbish others say not so, both the wife and I seem to be working late on our computers recently so thought we would give it a go, some reviews say it makes a difference, but yes maybe placebo, will give it a try

      • didn't make any difference to me. Ended up just taking it off. My only use for them now is to amuse my 10month old as she tries to mimic what i do putting it on. Bought 2.. i totally feel it was a waste of $
