Selected stores report orders with multiple items as individual transactions into your Cashrewards account. These are still eligible.$10 bonus is limited to one per qualifying Cashrewards account. Separate transactions from different stores do not qualify for additional bonuses.
$10 bonus is ineligible if an order is cancelled, changed, returned, rejected, if you purchase an ineligible product, or if you purchase from a 0% cashback store/cashback rate (all standard store cashback terms and exclusions apply).
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other activation bonuses that may be current at this time.
Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

So even if I was 'eligible' by the other criteria the fact you could not email means the promo will not work, Or is it more the case I would not know I was eligible because I was not notified?
It is the former. You will never be eligible if you are not subscribed and even when you subscribe it is not a guarantee that you will be targeted.
Think of it more like a lottery that is "free" to enter with a slightly better chance of winning.
That's so weird. I got your marketing emails until August, never unsubscribed, but they stopped. Too sad I missed all those bonuses :-(

I purchased 3 items in a single ebay transaction. Each item under $10 but the total was over $10. They have tracked individually when I thought it would track as one transaction in the past? Will I be eligible for this cash back? Pretty devastated about it.

Strangely, I get CashRewards emails all of the time but the Comms Preferences were unchecked….
Please check the 'to' field in the emails and confirm they're being sent to the same email address as your Cashrewards account.
Yep 100%, they are the same email, have checked and also I only have one CR account.
Last email was 27th October. Not sure if I got cut off, seems wrong also. But have re-enabled it today.
