It says nothing about restrictions on quantity on the ticket, but at the store i was in (Indooroopilly, Brisbane), they had "Max 4 per person" written in pen on one of the tickets.
Normal price at convenience stores is about $3.50, and supermarkets it's about $2.75, so a big saving.
