How to redeem this offer

    Hmmm…. not working for me. Entered coupon code and clicked redeem. Nothing changes, clicked proceed checkout. Paid with paypal and i still get charged $7 delivery.

      I ordered just now and during checkout when you apply the code on the big w site: discount will be applied after you select and pay with paypal" Worked great and saved me $60 shipping!

        Did it remove the shipping from the cart before you went to the paypal log-in page?

        I got as far as the log-in page and ended up cancelling as I had no idea if it was going to remove the shipping charge.

    didnt work for me…bloody Paypal said "you can review your order", so i clicked next & it processed it, without displaying the review & no discount.

    I got "We're sorry but we were unable to validate your Promotional voucher code. Please check your code and re-enter if incorrect. If there is still an issue, please contact our Customer Support team on 1300 244 9991300 244 999" when I tried to enter it on the cart page, but on the next page it lets you add it and says it will be applied during checkout. The site then hangs so I am not able to complete my order. :/

    Hey guys, works fine for me, try to type low case paypal3free, I know it is stupid but this way it works…
    And seems after apply the code, you can use normal credit card payment as well to get free shipping, werid. bigW should fire their software engineers..

    Didnt work for me even with lower case .. had to ring up and after at between 5-10 mins waiting .. the CSR repeatedly tried to fob me off to PayPal but I refused and directed attention to the Paypal Disclaimer of responsibility - had to request they consult their own Supervisor

    BEWARE - If you are logged into the BigW website, make sure your discount is applied BEFORE you go to the PayPal website. On applying the code the BigW website told me the discount would be shown on checkout. Then you go to the PayPal website which will say that the price will be confirmed on the BigW website before the transaction is complete. But the transaction takes place as you are being directed back to the BigW website! No time to realise that the code has failed :(

    THEN as you've been charged for FREE shipping, as the website had already stated your code was valid & would be applied at checkout, you'll have to call BigW's customer support number 1300 244 999.

    CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL SAY THEY'VE HAD A LOT OF CALLERS WITH THIS ISSUE & INSIST IT IS PAYPAL'S FAULT & TO CALL THEM! Insist it's BigW's fault, which it is, & they will offer to give you an e-voucher. Half-hearted solution rather than an refund as they still have your money from a free shipping offer. Has anyone actually got their shipping refunded in cash???

    I to ended up with an e-voucher also. I decided to test the code again & it works in lower case only. BUGGER!
