Maybe.
Spartan included into Strava: https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018647552-Su…
Suunto does strava
Anyone have any opinions on this? The reviews that I read on Amazon, seem to mention that it's fairly inaccurate.
If you want an incredible runners/hikers/triathlon watch, this is the one, if you want a smartwatch….look for something else
The battery life of 10h looks far lower than the other watches in the range
Had my hands-on back then choosing between forerunner v Suunto Spartan, Suunto laggy interface meant I went with the forerunner at the end
less pretty interface, but longer battery lifeI have this watch,
Paid the full 300 for it about 2 years ago and cant complain.
Suunto app is good and more in depth than strava free mode. Will automatically upload to both if selected.
GPS is hit and miss with open water swimming if on your wrist, but they all are. On my goggles works well.
GPS in general needs to be sync'd up regularly with your phone app.Displays usual notifications, calls and texts etc.
Running. You CANT upload a run set to it and let the program play out and give you break / next set like with other brands
Has lots of different sports. I've only used pool and open water swimming, general running (GPS has been very good even on KI) and triathlon mode. All work within what you'd expect. Few niggles like a missed length every now and then but not too much to complain about
At $155 this is a great watch.
Also I had a warranty claim (broken strap), resolved very quickly.
I had this watch and the I won the Suunto 5. Absolutely great watches.
Strava yes or no
