      That a bit big…

    • thats just a skin though, woujld you need to factor in the price of the battery pack?

      • I wouldn't as I've got a battery already

        • thats an interesting thought, i have a heap of AEG trady tools and batteries, i wonder if they do one

    • That's an inflator as opposed to a blower. Does it sufficient air flow to act as a blower ?

    • Ha……my thoughts exactly. I bought the smaller for $59 (on special a while back). Worths very well as a general blower for PCs etc with a nice 210kph output. Nozzle is more directional compared to the bigger version and only needs 1 x battery!

so if this was a deal posted by TA
    the code would have been

    ARSEDUSTER

    • +3

      Not ARSEBLOWER?

      • I thought about that one first! but
but! I thought I will leave that to my fellow ozbargainers to unveil

        arse = blown! hhhkkkk

        • If it ends up being bad, future deals would be SUCKSARSE

    • +1

      Or BLOWSARSE

  • Grabbed the more powerful one with the 15% off code, thanks to both posters! :D

  • +2

Bought one, for work use; like may things purchased now a days.

  • Awesome, was looking for this.
Got the latest more powerful version with the 15% code.
    You people are awesome.

    • How much it costed you after discount ? Thanks

      • $85 USD including delivery.

Haven't seen what that's converted to on my amex yet.
I expect it to be around $120 AUD.

  • I just bought it with 10% off and then another with 15% off.

There is no cancel button so sent them email to cancel the first order. Hopefully they cancel it

    • +3

I did that, no response after 2 days

Went to PayPal and cancelled it instead, same day they accepted the cancellation

      • thanks for the tip mate

      • How did you cancel it via paypal? I'm in the same position and haven't had a response in a few days.

        • +2

Go to Paypal —> click on the transaction —> Report a problem —> I have a billing issue —> refunds and go from there.

  • +2

I don't know what it's for and what I am going to do with it, but I am ordering one anyway.

    • +1

      Cleaning lens, camera, PC.

  • +2

I am curious how it compares to a can in terms if blowing power.

    • +4
    • Some comments in the previous deal said it was comparable if not more powerful: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/572593

    • +1

Main difference is the can does an initial burst blow from the pressure release before a consistent stream. This does not do a burst blow but is a stronger consistent stream than a can. It's not quite the same, but it works quite well still.

  • +8

urgh another thing i didnt know i wanted, bam, $119.68 spent.
I dunno if ozbargin saves me any money lol

    • +5

we need everyone to spent to do their bit to jumpstart the economy…

Oh wait… the dollar goes to the wrong economy :'D… Guess not

    • haha same bro, i feel ya. ordered.

    • $119.68 spent

What am I missing? Isn't $67.88 AUD as per post title?

      • +1

I think he bought the next model up that also works as a vacuum.

  • Had one of these for a few months for blowing dust (no, really) out of PC innards, keyboards, etc., but it's also surprisingly good as a mini leaf blower on the balcony and so on.

    • +14

Do you get a lot of mini leafs on your balcony?

      • +5

        Leaf blower for ants.

  • Wasn't this just $50 recently, shipped locally.

    • The Amazon deal? it sold out pretty quick.

    • +3

$63.99 and sold out within 10 minutes of posting.

  • Thanks, used 15% off code and paid with citi bank plus Visa, got charged $70.30aud

    • ANZ charged me 71.09 😡

      • +2

If an item is paid in another currency always use citibank or ing card to save on international transaction fee or bad exchange rates by paypal

      • +1

28 Degrees MC was only $68.22. Mastercard usually has better rates than Visa :)

        • Ditto for my bank's Mastercard, $68.22.

      • CommBank also is showing $71.09. They released a 2020 model so might wait a little while and see if it will be available on Amazon again for cheaper.

  • Bought the 2020 version as it serves both Suck and Blow.
Pay using PayPal, the only record I got is PayPal order, not getting any email confirmation at all, anyone in similar shoes?

  • +1

Thanks, was going to buy a can next week but this is a better longer term solution.

  • I used mine to clean my PC the other day and it does a pretty good job.

  • +4

Thanks OP got one. Due to all the money I spent recently on OzBargain without the Mrs' approval, I know this is the only blowing I will be doing for a while.

    • +12

      You blow your Mrs?

      • Haha no, just the opolar by the looks of it!

      • +5

No, they have an open marriage. Mrs won't be letting him blow anyone for a while.

  • is it strong enough to blow dust/hair follicles out of keyboard?

  • cum

Anywho, bought the more powerful one. This post is a classic example of 'real joke is in the comments'. Only, it's a twofer. Better code. better product.

    • There's no longer any ambiguity when there's a picture of a car floor mat.

  • +4

Expensive day on OzB. Nearly $400 just like that.

    • +7

I've shared OzB with as many people as I can, that way I never carry the burden alone.

    • what other cool swag did you get?

      • Dreame V9 Combo plus the upgraded version of this blower

  • +1

I just use my garden blower. Works pretty well.

  • thanks OP bought one…

  • Anyone know if the blower cum vacuum version simultaneously blows and sucks the dust into the blue container? Or is it separate blow then suck? (No kinky intentions)

    • +1

given that it would be using the same motor, I don't think she can do both.

    • (No kinky intentions)

      None taken.

It's one or the other based on which way you twist the shaft:

This air duster can be switched from being a blower to a vacuum by simply turning the middle portion. [1]

    • +1

I think she only blows, you want the upgraded 2020 one for the sucking feature

    • +1

I have it, and you need to rotate it to select a mode. It uses the same motor.

  • +4

Who else tried every number between OPOLAR15 and OPOLAR100?

    • I took a shot at OPOLAR* and OPOLAR% to no avail

  • +3

$97.38 for 6k version on aliexpress

  • Anyone been able to find video/review on the newer version?

  • Cheers, was tired of spending money on compressed air cans and maybe ozone destroying too lol

  • Thanks OP, bought one, anyone know if this is good at cleaning mechanical keyboards?

EDIT - cost me $70.30 with 86400 debit card.

  • +2

Thanks OP, bought one. Can anyone tell me what it does?

  • Should I buy it? I’ve been using Ryobi cordless blower to clean my pc…….

  • Thanks!

  • How long is the delivery

  • Thanks got one for the car, hope it works well to dry the car after a wash

  • +2

    Ty OP,
Back to living on noodles for a month after my recent purchases

  • Thanks OP, been waiting for these to go on sale.

  • Thank, bought the 8" 10,000mAh clip-on fan and will return the one I bought through Amazon. Fantastic fan for camping etc.

  • This one is 35 mph max air speed.
Hurricane o2 is 200mph air speed.

Don't buy this one its weaker than a air can that's 40mph.

    • +3

Its 35 METERS per second. Now calculate from there

      • +1

That would make it around 78 mph, but this video indicates it's around 32mph.

        • +1

And that video also indicates it's 2.5-4.5x higher velocity than a can (7-13mph).
