Set in Union, a crumbling city built using Lily’s mind as the Core, The Evil Within 2 presents a mix of closed off, claustrophobic environments that are reminiscent of the first game, and new, less linear areas that will give you the opportunity to explore at your own pace.
Frankly the first one was good too, for those who like chapter bites, it has 24x 1-hour chapters with sta card Japanese scores etc, loved it.

Since the game has a PS4 Pro patch that lets you unlock the 30fps limit, the PS5 should be able to make that a sustained 60fps as far as I know
Pretty much. All games that have a PS4 Pro patch will have a performance boost as a minimum when played on the PS5. Here hoping they release a performance boost patch for Bloodborne. 60FPS for Bloodborne on the PS5 will be glorious.
Can this be traded into PS5 games at EB?
Sure. But I wouldn't put too much value in it by itself, unless you have a level 3 or more and plan to trade it together with your console during VIP week.
Better to call EB to check what their trade in value for this game is. As comparison, Elder Scroll Online which is also on sale for $4 is $1 cheaper in trade in value at EB (I traded one in early this year and got $3).

I don't know, you can get $5 of value from Anthem. It's a pretty good Iron Man simulator. It just never fulfilled any of its promise as a loot game, and the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. I got 6 hours of decent fun out of it.
Note that this is also available for Xbox for the same price.

It was the only copy but other stores might have it
Picked up my copy from Miranda JB today, unsealed & the inlay doesn't look particularly new, the actual game disc is fine though.. Probably not worth the effort of returning/complaining over a $5 item.. shrugs
