Yes I think eBay runs those promotions every now and then. I actually got my info from the eBay Australia general announcement page, which has an RSS feed.
It's for services only, not goods. It's quite useless, unfortunately.
This post is VERY mis-leading. You can't get rid of any "junk" as you so delicately put it.
Aargh. I think I must have missed that — it is for SERVICES CATEGORY only, so yes you are right, it is pretty useless.

lol it is for service only, but i don't wanna be the first person to give negative votes! not to mention that i voted for this bargain before thinking that it's free listing for all categories.
