  Are these refurb'd by Apple or Amazon?
  Your post here states "manufacturer refurbished products" however your Amazon listings say "This pre-owned product is not Apple certified, but has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers."

  For anything Apple related:
  Not Apple-certified = not manufacturer refurbished

      You say that your products are refurbished by Apple, yet the description on Amazon is rather misleading and contradictory to what you have just said..

      Your amazon listing lacks details - it doesn't show that this is an Ipad mini 5 (i had to look up the part #) - it also mentions cellular in the description but the part number listed is wifi only. A listing like this gives you no credibility. Just my thought…
