You're expecting 4k 144hz at this price range?

Pony up an extra grand and buy the LG 27GN950-B

  • Do you need a HDR monitor for best PS5 picture quality?

    • I have a viewsonic hdr 4K screen. It’s acting strange when I play FIFA on my ps pro. My TV is fine. So i don’t know if the problem is about the monitor or the setup.

    • You need 1000nits to actually get decent HDR lol.

  • Don't believe it supports HDR gaming on Xbox one X, I haven't been able to get it to work from the previous deal. Looks like a lack of HDR10 support.

Also has noticeable light bleeding, can live with it, good quality otherwise.

    • 300 nits brightness, so not even close unfortunately.

  • Too little too late, most of us bought the Xiaomi 34 last night :)

Ultra-wides are a different beast entirely. You're giving up a lot of vertical real estate in the process — it's basically a 27 inch monitor stretched sideways. Which is great for very specific applications but sub-optimal for pretty much everything else.

What's with the 60hz @ 4k comments? there are hardly ANY monitors that are above 60hz at 4k, if you need high refresh rate then look at 1440p or 1080p if you want higher refresh at 4k then you need a TV .. LGNano BX/CX OLED, Some of the sammy/sony brands.. 4k monitors at high refresh rates aren't yet popular and when they do hit the market they will NOT cost $500!

    • It is today too with the addition of EPP2020. Updated description.
