    • I spoke to Amazon live chat they never said any issues just have to wait for it to arrive Nov 6th roughly so will see what happens then? My order is still present

        • Just contacted them via live chat. Mentioned I was frustrated due to the order being cancelled as it was a gift for Christmas. They told me the reason for the cancellation was due to no stock which I found odd as it was a pre order.

        • First rep didn’t give me anything and was actually quite rude about it all. I almost didn’t try again, but I’ve been ordering a lot from amazon lately and the ozb in me won over and decided to give it a second try. Second rep gave me a $20 credit no questions asked! Really cool.

  • i got 20 but i had used a maccas voucher which lost a bit of value thanks to the cancellation. couldnt get more than 10 until i pointed out i was out of pocket making a new order as would have to pay shipping as well.

    Gan**sh: There was a clear price error generated by incorrect costs provided by the Vendor. The Vendor cannot provide us with this stock and so we are unable to fulfill customer orders for the ASINs. The Vendor was not expecting this much demand (as the demand was driven by the big price error) so does not have this much stock in AU. Please can you cancel the customers orders and let them know we cannot fulfil. These are pre-order titles

    I tried online chat and got this response:
    "I have checked with my manager and my manager assured that no credits are given for this order and there would not be any"

    Contacted one agent, waste 30 minutes, told him my friend received credits but the agent did not believe and even wanted details of it as he wanted to make sure the credit got cancelled - crazy and rude. evetually offered $5 - I declined as he was rude. one star feedback, live chat record saved.

    Contacted second agent, explained the situation with previous agent, $25 given - total time spent = 2 minutes

    stay clam and keep logical as the quality of amazon customer service can be various at times

    Me: I have seen that other who had their orders cancelled have received Amazon credit applied to their account for the inconvenience. Is this something that can be done for my account?

    Siraj Ahmed: No one has been issued any credit for this item cancellation.
    I wish I could apply some credits on your account.
    There isn't any option that I could apply credits.
