How this thing works? Any good on carpet?
Doesn't release for a few more days
Bit of a sting vs $105 Harvey Norman and $112 Amazon prices
$148 actually
Amazon seems to be $148.00 now.
Minus $50 latitudepay.
You mean this expired deal?
@bemybubble: Yep.
What I said is true. This might be the best price at the moment but it stings vs Harvey Norman and Amazon prices.
@justtoreply: I paid $133 with Amazon POPG (pre-order Price guarantee) so will leave it in case the price drops further before launch…. hopefully they'll match.
Can you drift these karts?
There is a power slide like the main games, well probably doesn't control as good, but who knows.
I'm really conflicted on this…. part of me thinks I should grab one even though I don't see myself playing with it much and perhaps just keep it in mint condition as a Nintendo collectible. Another part of me wonders if this may be a bit of a flop and it may be best to save my money for the moment and I can pick one up perhaps cheaper in 6 months time…. but I could be totally wrong and this could be a huge hit and hard to find in 6 months time…. though it does look still quite easy to pre-order from several places so clearly it doesn't have the demand of the Game & Watch Mario…. oh the dilemma….
Since this isn't really targeted at the hardcore Nintendo fan it could be like Ring Fit where the pre-orders didn't sell out but once it was released started selling out because people who did try it were happy with it, or it could be like Labo also aimed at kids and not taking off at all but I doubt it'll be that unpopular.
