FYI, I bought 3 things from AliExpress in July, haven't received it yet. Just beware that there may be some delays in the delivery.

      Yeah there's been delays everywhere.

I bought around 10 things or so at the end of August, waiting on around 3 of them now.

Some came quick, others being delayed a bit. But it's all part of the fun, opening your mailbox and forgetting you ordered half of these products :)

Try restricting the search to Australia only. Usually there's a small price increase but almost all of them have arrived in less than a week. Unless I need something very specific I don't bother with overseas anymore.

    • I was very lucky then. Got a keycaps from China and miscellaneous goods and took 2 weeks over the August/September period.

thanks OP. looks like max 1 discount per account

  • First world problem. Anyone recommend a distance laser level range finder? Need for my DIY projects.

      I have one of these

Fairly good if that fits your needs. The additional functions can be quite useful for walls and measuring rooms.

Keep in mind that bunnings sell them for $35, so don't go too crazy

      • I had no idea. (profanity) me. Thanks. Obviously the aliexpress ones might be longer distance etc but for my dodgy arse DIY the ozito will work fine. Thanks!

        • +1

          No problem :-)

It's caught me off guard before too. I've found something on Ali, combined a bunch of deals and thought I've got an amazing price, only to find out that Kmart or Bunnings has the same thing for less. Smh.

It's been happening more and more. With the rising prices, the growing move away from free postage, and last but not least the 10% liberal GST (annoyingly charged after the fact), the list of things worth buying direct from overseas is slowly shrinking.

I used code AEFS9 and it worked. Positive vote from me.

  • AEFS7 worked thx

  • Thanks OP, I used the first code in your list and got my $4.52 USD discount!

  • 7-9 week shipping time for me. Have also noticed tracking doesn't work but have received everything.

Some poor kiddie exercising his last remaining brain cells to hit the neg icon I see.

My bad. Got the plural wrong.
