Not sure if this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/569907) is still on, but this is similar albeit a slightly inferior discount, but lower spend.
I find Quicklens is pretty good on standard prices, and with this sort of discount still works out cheaper than Specsavers with 25% or more off. If anyone knows of a regularly cheaper supplier, let me know so I can regret what I just bought and learn my lesson later.
Good info - although this is contact lenses, not spectacles. I've used Eyebuydirect and also Clearly for my glasses, the Clearly ones I've had for a few years now and I think they cost me $19 even with some pretty jangly lenses (I also have a -3.75 in one eye).

Pretty sure they ARE clearly; ive had a few ebd orders arrive in clearly boxes.
I think that's right, they appear to be the same. I've used each one time, utilising new customer coupons from memory.
I normally use eyebuydirect.
Ive had all my glasses scanned locally, and they're always spot on.
I just got a set of semi rimless; in a prescription that locally would be a 'grind' lens (over -3.5), with literally all the special coatings;
$49, shipped to my door.
I also use them, because aussie sellers refuse to do rimless with over -3 cyl; eyebuydirect just does it.
Just remember; if you dont like abberations, all the "upgraded" lenses are a scam. Not much has equal clarity to a 1.5 lens using cr39. 1.6 is OK, but nothing more! Thinner, yep, but at the cost of vision.
Even at my -3.75, it's thick, but not coke bottle, using 1.5 lenses.
