    Last year when I went to claim my free coffee from Coffee Club the front counter staff assumed I was an Uber Eats driver and was angry at me for not picking up an order, this is before even saying hello. Absolute awkwardness when I said I was just a customer. I’ve never been back since.

        I just got mine. She knew all about it. Said I was the first for the day, but had only been open 10 mins. Also you can pay the difference for a larger size if you want.

            @[Deactivated]: I mean this probably isn't it but since I owned the entertainment book for over a year I'm used to asking for discounts. Half the time the new person working at the counter ofc doesn't know of the offer so they have to ask the manager to come, and most the time there's a line of people behind you waiting to pay, but ofc a true ozbargainer doesn't care.

            Sometimes I walk in and show them the deal before I sit down at a restaurant just in case they decide not to recognise it

    Omg. Just took the coffee and had to explain the staff for 5 mins, as they were not aware about the free coffee and there was no barcode to scan on the offer as well.

    Staff at rouse hill had no idea,

    Showed the page and was fine with it

    A friend at Stanhope got rejected saying that it was for the first 50 people

    Doubt even 50 people knew about it at that store

    Interesting… ACT has no idea about this deal. Got the coffee after showing the webpage but i felt like an idot to say Happy World Coffee Day a couple of times…coffee was nice thought so can't complain

    I asked first if there was free coffee today, so I didn't feel stupid for wishing them a happy world coffee day, but I was told "Yeah, on the app!" So.. that was that. I left. I'm really not sure if I'd just said the phrase they would have given it to me, or if they just thought it was app only.
