I've used it once, received completely wrong order, contacted doordash support who were absolutely useless.
Turns out their driver picked up the wrong order. Wouldn't send someone to pick up the right order and then wouldn't refund me. Had to do a CC charge back to get my money back.
Iv had good experiences. Always came before the ETA.
Slow as hell, coupons dont work most of the time, app is garbage.
