Yes a 3KG satchel would be able to fit a few in and they cost over $9.60 according to aussie post website. The service we use is eparcel and is a trackable service (unlike the satchel). It actually is more like $8.90. You can probably technically fit 2 in a standard pack also, but we make sure even our filters are well pack as to minimise damage.
If you are in Melbourne you are welcome to pickup also.

Whilst the price may be good, though I don't see how adding another filter bumps the price up to $9? Assuming if you use a 3KG Satchel, you probably would be able to fit a few of those filters in.
