The guide references Lunchbox proxy as a means to use the hack. Lunchbox no longer exists. I'm not sure how to get it working with any other proxy.
I tried researching this and didn't find anything.
Is it so hard to simply answer?
@[Deactivated]: Is it that hard to try literally any other VPN or proxy and seeing if it works? The hostility comes from you not explaining at all what hack you are talking about, and not taking 5 minutes to try a VPN or similar yourself.

Always worth comparing prices on booko.com.au as I've found Book Depository not always the cheapest any more.
I've found that Booko isn't always accurate
