  when they say "from" price, does that already include the cashback? it really doesn't specify.

  To clarify, airlines will often advertise a "from" price, which is the lowest possible airfare subject to availability. However, the more seats are sold on the flight, the higher the prices rise.

  So to get an accurate idea of what kind of price you're looking at, we need to check live availability for you. Since December flights are both peak season and last minute, every day will have different pricing levels.

  The cashback is deducted from the current live sell price, not the "from" price.

  Also patientvalue, Etihad don't fly to Thailand but there are other options we can check for you.

  I will NEVER fly etihad again.

  Last time I took a trip back to the uk and my father passed away suddenly which prolonged my stay there due to having to wait for the coroner to release the body. After calling them numerous times (speaking to a different person each time and having to explain the situation) they could only offer me a replacement flight over month after my original flight. This would of been nice if we did not have bills to pay and jobs to return to to pay those bills but as it was we did.

  In the end we bought a new flights from another airline at our own expense.

  No compassion at all - I will NEVER fly etihad again.

    Have you ever thought that might have been because the flights before the offered replacement were full?
    I have flown with them and had to move my departure and return, no problem, fixed with one call because I knew that the new flights were the same price and places were available (the internet is your friend).

  Yes they were flights available and were offered to me at FULL PRICE and I actually searched online and found those flights cheaper from agents. In fact I ended up paying more to go with another airline because I was disgusted with Etihad and did not want to give them anymore of my money.

  Please bare in mind I was also arranging my fathers funeral and they made the situation much worse !!
