I'm not sure I understand this. Are you saying that the buyer can keep these in the freezer for 15months? lol
Why not?
Most of the frozen seafood especially from Supermarkets are kept for 3 years.
As a former trawler deckhand, prawns are either cooked or packaged raw on ship then snap frozen or covered with ice.
Best way to thaw is in a icy brine(water and salt)
