I THINK it's targeted, but the link https://pages.ebay.com.au/Buyer_coupons/spendandsave1/ shows what save value you get on eligible items. So the Microsoft Australia link on eBay is an eligible item, so it brings it down from $1099 to $999. This is without further calculations when I used a discounted purchase on gift cards and cashback as well…..
(background: I just bought the Samsung S20+ 128GB 5G here as I was umming and ahhing with the Amazon, Officeworks, Catch, etc deals. I checked that using my University account I could get it cheaper with a further 10% and then using savings on gift cards via the OzBargain wiki, BUT… since I had an eBay gift card already from last year, and topped up the rest with newly bought gift cards, I think I spent around $963 in total…? - YMMV).
Would recommend to buy OnePlus 8 Pro from this deal by paying $80 more:
