Aroma: The powerful and complex nose on this wine has lemon, pineapple, grapefruit and a range of tropical fruits with a touch of white peach enhanced by gentle spicy oak.
Palate: The palate beautifully echoes the nose, adding delicate cashew and spice as the fruit continues on to a very long finish with crème brulee notes. Weaving all through the palate is an exotic mandarin character derived from its wild fermentation.
