This is a Steam Key. Its not russian.

It could be sourced from Russia. A lot of key sites buy RU keys at around $10 then jack up the price and re-sell them. If you look at other games on this site it looks like that's exactly what they're doing.

As far as I know that means even retail versions of Skyrim will register with steam.

This is quite safe I bought Modern warfare 3 from this site it gave me the cd key in 30 to 40 min time. Trusted. Would u guys wait for the disc to come or get the game outright by just downloading them? That's a question you would ask yourself ^^. Just to give assurance to everyone that this is legit ^^
