          there's a $4 'salsas' burrito voucher?
is that the one you're talking about?

        • +1

          oops yea I meant Salsa's.

IMO it is better than Mad Mex anyway, I have tried mad mex a few times at macquarie centre and been very unimpressed as it was all made out of a bain marie and bland flavour.

and Gerrard not sure, but i'd say you could. staff are all very nice there and want to get people trying the products.

ROFL ROFL pretty sure Salsa's isn't made to order!
Mad Mex > Salsa's for sure! Maybe you found a bad one?

  • I think this offer has been around for a little while, I've used it before. But I'll just use a new email address :)

Locations are in NSW VIC and QLD.

I'd avoid going to the website homepage with speakers on. It's clearly been carefully designed to annoy customers as much as possible.

Agreed - bloody nightmare! Hard to believe they would think that's agood idea.

  • oh man, and i ate there for lunch today! =(

  • +1 deal
But i wish they scooped more meat, the grande is not really grande…

  • this is probably about as 'mexican' as a jar of dolmio sauce is 'italian'

also can't stand companies that force you to check in or 'like' their page to recieve a special offer

Its not that authentic and they pad it full of rice. And agreed about the 'like/check-in' crap, not a fan either.

  • How do you get the voucher? I click 'like' and nothing happens :-/

haha, I didn't read it either, it will arrive by email.

Make sure you print off the entire voucher. Mine was slightly cut off on the bottom and they didn't accept it. This is the Melbourne Central branch. As for the burritos, they are the closest to what you get at Mexican taqerias in the US. Assembly line fashion with authentic Mexican people working there and similarly priced as a souvlaki.

where can i find me some fake mexican people ???

  • Im still waiting for my voucher, what email address is it sent from?

  • I generally think that burritos (in australia) are just overpriced kebabs but this is a decent deal nonetheless. Only gripe is that they seem to be very stingy with the sour cream and when I asked for a bit more they said it would be an extra $2… wtf? Would be cheaper to buy a tub of sour cream from a nearby store and take it with me… I might do that next time.
