      I have the same question as well.

      Bought a queen size bed frame from Zinus before. While the quality was good and very easy to assemble, our queen mattress somehow didn't quite fit into the frame and was hanging off the edge a bit..

    Bought a King sized bed. The frame is good, the headboard squeaks. Took the headboard part off. Now its all Gucci!

        Hi team, I actually did at the time about the bed and the mattress being way too firm than advertised (Via Amazon) and I didn't any response other than as I have unpacked it all, nothing can be done.

    I just got one of the Ironline beds today (without the headboard) and am super excited, it was really simple to put together!

    The one thing that worries me is that the slats seem quite far apart. Has anyone tried adding additional slats to these beds? It looks like the velcro was stapled on so it might be possible to shift them around and re-staple. I guess that would screw the warranty though

    Probably the easiest frame to put together, comes with a great set of tools and simple instructions. Loved the king so I went and bought the queen, really good quality for the price

    Hi, I’m just wondering what shipping service you use? I see if the small print of so many companies they state that their couriers won’t deliver to apartments. I live in the 2nd Level, and don’t have anyone to help bring stuff up, so I’d need it delivered upstairs.

      Yes, our courier can deliver to apartment address.

      However, As per covid-safe operation, courier will need to comply with contactless delivery. In most cases, They will deliver to the apartment building only. We can definitely put a request to help carry the package upstairs but it is not guaranteed (driver's discretion).
