Discover what yoga can bring to your life and wellbeing. This illustrated yoga guide for beginners will provide you with all you need to know to get into yoga.

Yoga is way more than you think! Yoga will not only allow you to have a healthy body ready for the task at hand, but will also greatly strengthen your mind. Broadly speaking, yoga refers to a collection of practices for body, mind, and soul which originated in ancient India. Yoga is a means of discovering the dysfunctions in our perception and cognition. Through yoga, we overcome these to liberate ourselves from suffering, bringing forth inner peace and wellbeing.

Apparently I "purchased" this in August last year. Maybe if I'd read it, I would have known that ha.

    • Yeah, these free ebook "deals" belong to forums. No one actually reads any of these - hoarding is not really a bargain

Is it just me or is the lady on the cover doing lunge incorrectly with knee too far forward? Looks wrong and unsafe.

I had the same thought. It might be okay for her, but not for a beginner.

A beginner with yoga would be much better following a lesson on YouTube like Yoga With Adriene https://youtu.be/VdNjYJRYgQc than an ebook.

Good suggestion; YouTube has tons of great yoga classes. An eBook on yoga is kind of pointless

Neither link works for me. Got a book recently so I know the account is okay. Is it dead? Or are my browsers acting up?
