    I recently bought an eligible cashback SSD card from centre.com 970 evo plus.

    Has anyone claimed the cashback for the ssd or is it just me thats having issues?

      I tried to submit a claim and received an error saying "invalid serial number", which was pulled directly from the SSD.

      Quadruple checked the model and S/N.

      Anyone else have this issue?

      I emailed [email protected] but no reply as of yet.

        Don't shoot me, but did you use the s/n from the box or from the ssd? They are different I believe.

        I got my cashback, took longer than they stated, but got it after 35-40 days.

      • In case you did what I did initially and got it off the box of the SSD - its missing the last digit needed for the claim form. The SSD itself has the last digit on it however.

        im having the same issue, i have i just noticed theres the Missing Letter on the box is located on the SSD card itself.

        But im still getting "invalid serial number"

        We have heard back from various customers, and a contact at Samsung, about this. There is a screw up on their end where some SNs sold through to us, and I assume other retailers, are not in their system.

        If you run into that problem, use the contact email on the redemption site and they will sort it out.

        Also just to confirm what others have mentioned — you must use the SN on the drive, not the box. The drive has a extra digit (I guess to ensure you have physical possession before claiming)

          I grabbed some 860 EVOs off Umart and was puzzled as to why the it kept saying invalid serial number.

      Mine has been validated, just waiting now.

    • it did take a lot of time for me to get the money of them.
      I started the claim on 13/07 and got the money on 25/08.
      It was a very long wait, but at least they do pay, eventually

    • Not sure if it was the same promo, but I submitted my claims in end of June and end of Jul. Received cash back in end of Jul and end Aug. And it seems the "Maximum number of Gifts per household: 3" rule wasn't enforced, for my claims at least.

    • It certainly took a while but I received mine a few weeks back.
      Had to contact them though as it wouldn't accept my serial number.

      I contacted samsung and they told me to wait up to 60 days :(

          It's what their t&c's say so theres not much you can do :(

    • update: i got a response from samsung they fixed it on their end and now my cashback is can go through. Samsung just fixed my serial number application.

          Got a reply from them. Apparently my claim was only validated on 2nd October. They asked me to wait 60 days from that date. They also mentioned that they are experiencing delays in processing payments.
