A few things to raise so ppl are aware, I was researching this and found out

    1. Similar style 20L Russell hobbs rhtov25 sells for $139 at BigW, GGC had is for $123 pickup
    2. Bigger air fryers take longer to cook, effectivly becoming an oven, negating the quick cooking and using more electricity
    3. Russell Hobbs and this style of wire rack mini oven are known to be difficult to clean compared to the non-stick circular/traditional designs

But should be great if you are after a mini oven, I've got a 7L circular/traditional design and it's great ✌🏼

I have an egg shaped one and while it does the job, if you want crispy food, you can't put much in. Sucks trying to cook a dozen of chicken drumsticks.

I’m taking this as a positive, I can only have a little bit of fried food at a time :).

      good one

If you want to use that definition then let’s replace all the food processor posts with a knife, all the multicookers/rice cookers with saucepans etc. i resisted getting an air fryer for a long time, then got the cheapie mistral one; for just doing a few fried snacks it is better than an oven.

Prefer their 8 litre drawer type but unfortunately not on sale. :(

  • Like the name

  • How loud are these things when they’re on?

I saw the Breville ones, they are better made but much more expensive Some of the other brands. Has a plastic rim on the door. Worried about plastic on the door when cooking food. Not healthy.
