I was one of the first to order as well!
Mine also still showing 8pm delivery today and no tracking. I contacted support and they still think there's a chance it could come by today (although I doubt it) as I was one of the first to order. They issued me a $10 credit for the inconvenience, can't complain!
Just realised my order isn't coming today…arriving 21-23 September, so next week…
Mine arrived today, not sealed which is too bad since I was going to collect one copy, anyone get a sealed copy or is this just one of those games that aren't sealed from the factory?
Of all the games I've bought from Amazon AU, none have been sealed.
My copy of Mario Odyssey was sealed.

Supposedly Nintendo published games haven't come sealed for a while now found this whirlpool thread discussing This a while back now.
My copy was only dispatched 1:30 this afternoon so looking like it will come next week now delivery estimate is Thursday. I would imagine it will be here Monday though. Going by my last Amazon order.
Did a quick skim through, it looks like it just depends on the game, maybe even which run it came from. My experience with 3DS games is similar.

Got charged on Fri 18/9 - still hasn't shipped!! Support is useless, as they won't do anything 'til after its quoted arrival of 23/9-25/9 passes.
If this is how they dispatch preorders, I won't be doing so from Amazon again.

Mine hasn't shipped yet but it's now showing arriving Wednesday 23 September. Thinking this has more to do with stock than anything else considering the email hints at trying to get you to cancel the order.
None of my recent orders eBay or Amazon have had any delay at all ordered something last Friday afternoon it was here Monday morning. Ordered something else Monday night it arrives Wednesday morning. I'm in Central Western NSW mind you. So provided it ships from Sydney usually arrives in 1-3 days.
