Ie. I am US12 but AU/UK11.

Edit: I have tried cancelling an order but they "cannot see it" so they had to raise an issue with their IT department. Apparently I cannot take it back in store either… so depending on how their IT department goes, I may have a pair of these Skechers size US12 to get rid of in a week -_-
