We've seen that some people have had their orders come through so that's awesome. However, there's a batch that hasn't come through (a few of you above likely would be a part of this). After what happened in April, another issue is the last thing we want to occur again, beyond our control in this instance. BWS has actually identified an issue on their affiliate platform's end that is now causing delays for some of these orders to come through and track (affecting from 27th August to 1st September).
BWS will be manually working to feed this data through so that it comes through to our systems. We want this to be solved ASAP, however based on timelines we've been given by BWS/the affiliate platform, we're giving it until 9th September, 5pm AEST next week by the latest that this can be resolved.
We will keep updating here as anything comes through. Really sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, you might be wondering, what should you do now?
You can wait it out until 9th September, 5pm AEST next week for it all to come through before submitting a manual claim. However, if you are a little anxious that nothing will come through at all and you think you might forget to submit a manual claim by then, you're more than welcome to submit it here now, even if you may be on the manual batch that's coming through soon.

We'll query BWS with what's going on first thing Monday - just so you know we haven't done anything on our end since; it appears they've uploaded the orders through the affiliate network which automatically synced through to our systems overnight.
We have received a few queries on this already, and it sounds like a case where the purchase amounts reported back don't add up.
We've received info that this affects those who may have purchase multiples of the same item. Say you bought 3 quantities of a particular $10 bottle of wine, the purchase amount reported back to us would be for a single quantity ($10 rather than $30). BWS is working to find all affected orders and fix this up.
I bought 2 bottles of same whiskey - so that may explain the glitch.
Only picked up today as it seems it will be worked out.
As suspected by many on this thread ShopBack have screwed up again.
Refusing to honour 20% cashback and claiming transaction was invalid despite sending them several screenshots showing me in the app checking out etc.
I am getting a bit sick of SB posting these deals and refusing to honour them despite all the people on here who give them plus votes in expectation of getting the cash back.
Big negative from me and I vow to hound SB on BWS deals in the future until they get it right.
This is a BWS/SB problem, nothing to do with the consumer.
It appears that the issue also affected Cashrewards.
That confirms it's a problem with BWS system.

Any claims for this September promotion have been put on hold as BWS is sorting out the batches of info they have. The only reason one would receive a rejection for a claim made for this September promo is if their order eventually tracked. Can you confirm this is the case? You can check your cashback history to see if your order eventually tracked.

Thank you for offering to follow it up, Indeed yesterday I had someone follow it up! I thought the rejection was for my order because it had the same order number. In fact it had a different time stamp, so it was rejected because my original order tracked. So just my manual claim was rejected.

Just leaving an updates / points here as it's now past 9th September:
Anyone who fell into the second batch (those who didn't get tracking within 2 days) would have their cashback tracked now. This was all sorted during the weekend. If you had submitted a claim as well, this claim would have been rejected since the cashback has come through.
Some of you from point 1 may have the wrong amount (lower than expected). This is if you've purchased more than a single quantity of an item as the amount coming in is for just one (for example: if you order 3 $10 bottles of a wine - the amount reported back us for it is $10 instead of $30). We are still chasing BWS for an expected resolution date on this.
Finally, for those that have not had cashback track at all. If this is the case, you can submit your claim here.
I submitted a manual claim yesterday, which is still pending, but hasn't been rejected due to this new cashback coming through. What should I do?
We sort the claims in batches so if the actual cashback has come through the claim will eventually be rejected. No action required on your end.
But no actual cash back has come through…
@werdplaya58: You would fit into point 3 as someone who's cashback didn't track at all. In this case your claim submission is necessary, and we'll go through our normal process of sending this to BWS to manually verify. As you have submitted the claim already no further action is required.

My qualifying transaction on 1st Sep 7pm was not tracked. I just made a manual claim via ShopBack today. Will wait to see what happens

Same here. Got email yesterday said "we’re pleased to let you know the partner advised the fix is now in place and that all customers should have their cashback tracked into their ShopBack accounts." Obviously NOT. Thinking refund from BWS now.
Shopback have now doubled my expected cashback due to 2 bottles ordered, but only calculated on 1. Hopefully that is what is paid out!
Can take a couple of days to track… After that submit a missing claim request, and be persistent if it's rejected.
