Hey guys, we've figured the issue out. Rates on Dan's end was set to start 12pm instead of 12am. This has been fixed now.
As for those who have received the incorrect cashback - not to worry as it'll automatically update to the correct amounts in your account in 48 hours. Trying to get it updated as soon as we can, but caching is a factor that may cause it to take up to 48 hours.
Mine has not automatically updated. Still showing 4% not 15%.
If you're using the app, go to Account > See Cashback Details as opposed to viewing your notifications as the notification figure itself, is just a notification and will not update.
Otherwise, check https://www.shopback.com.au/cashback. If it still hasn't updated, forward your invoice to [email protected] and we'll top up the amount.

Just a heads up, with the Dan's up to 15% cash back. I just spent a fair amount and it didn't track correctly. Only about $11 when it should have been around $90. I've sent a message to the rep to have it investigated. First time I've had an error with Shopback so I do hope they rectify it or inform me that I've made an error but based on the conditions it should be 15%.
Hopefully others can chime in if they're having the same issue :)
