    I’ve had some dodgy dealings with some resellers through Kogan and Amazon in the past. Yes Kogan will offer to return and refund but that’s a bit of a hassle in itself. Was mainly sharing to let others know.

  I usually give them a call and tell them what website I found the better price on. They put me on hold, come back saying they can do it and I pay over the phone.
