You're making this assumption because people didnt get what they knew was a complete error?
Oh for me just personal experience. Last item I bought from there was graphics card and i had to return it because it was faulty.
People complain about places like MSY having bad service but so far everything I bought from there had no issues. Anyway that's just my experience so I stay away from centrecom if I can lol they dont seem so genuine to me..I had some similar experience with my warranty claim for a PSU. The warranty guy asked me to pay $25 (yes that much for a PSU) for return postage even though I brought it back to store. They said they have to send it back to the manufacturer/supplier and that explained the cost.
It was only my luck that they didn't require me to pay upfront. So when I came back to receive the replacement part, there was a new guy that I talked to who said I don't have to pay anything. I was happy that I didn't have to pay the $25 however the whole situation didn't leave a good impression on me.@lovebargain87: Yeah that $25 charge also breaches ACL. Sounds like you had a dodgy manager first time round.
