    Bought a mattress from the last post and still haven't been told when it's even being sent out.

    Not fantastic support so far. No ETA and the site says they're based in the US rather than here, so I'm not sure what to think any more.

      Same boat here, ordered on 7 August and had to email them on 13 aug because no updated at all about shipping
      After emailing they sent me a tracking link which was stuck in 'delivery generated' till JUST today it updated sayi g it's being delivered today

      It did say that the delivery is coming from Victoria though

        Well that's something at least. I sent a message via their website and got no reply so I've sent an email now, see if I can't get something similar to you..

          Same here. Bought a mattress from the last post and after 2 weeks of non communication I decided to email them and leave them a Facebook message.

          They replied to my email a day later with a tracking number, some delays in VIC (where these mattresses are being dispatched) it seems… and I just missed my mattress delivery today. I live in WA.

            @moomoosan: Perhaps they don't send anything until they get an email. Pretty slack.

            Good to hear it's in VIC I suppose, although even though I live here something I bought the other day went from VIC to NSW then back here to VIC so I really don't know what to expect any more!

            In any case, hope I get a reply and a tracking number soon.

      Expect delays if you need it soon. I'm still awaiting a status update for mine ordered Aug 9. Don't even know when it will arrive. Could be because of lockdown.

    Well, I would not suggest anybody to deal with them. They sent my order to the wrong address, and have not responded for the last 4 days.
    What a business lol.
    I will just open PayPal dispute and avoid them.

      I'm still waiting for my order. 3 weeks now. No update and no replies to my email. I have my doubts with this company as well. Just hope they are not going down and doing a quick runner on everyone.

      Against the flow, I ordered form the recent 50% off deal and received mine on Wed last week. Seems fine it’s for a spare room so no comment on the sleep.

      Would be happy to order again.

    Waiting on order from 3 weeks. They said it's on the way and follow up with Australia Post.

    Later received email that it's out of stock.

    These people are liars and should be banned from Ozbargain.

      I'm in the same boat.
      Ordered 20th Aug they are not even replying to my emails.
      They fob you off with a tracking number that says Shipment Created when you go onto the Toll website which has been like that since 24th August.
      They just put it in the system to make you think its on the way.

      I second banning them!
