By "Platinum" you mean "of a shiny grey colour", right?

I would think exactly that, platinum is sitting at around $55USD a gram…somehow I doubt it's even platinum coated, let alone platinum ANYTHING.

No, although it is very similar to our Stainless Steel bangles it is made of Platinum. This is normally $54.95 but for only 3 days we are offerring a huge discount on 3 items.

Get stuffed - this is clearly NOT platinum. You do know that platinum is worth almost $1600 an ounce right?

Or wait is that the bargain? A bangle that is normally worth $16,000 marked down to $16?

        • shhh - don't tell anyone

          let's Broden these bad boys…

    Fraud attempt or just stupid

  • Worth buying a bucket load and take them to the local scrap metal merchant? ;-)

    • No. You'd make a severe loss.

      • A huge loss indeed, considering when something is "bonded" with platinum it is generally 1-3 MILS thick; lets say 2 mils on average, this equates to 0.0508mm of bonded coat(and its probably not 100% pure platinum either)

  • i dont see why the negative comments here?

It's not advertised as a solid platinum bangle, it's obviously plated/fake at that price.
Just like if you saw a gold bangle at the markets or Goldmark or something for $15. Dont expect it to be solid gold… because you'd be a fool to even consider it.

So why has everyone all of sudden lost their good senses? Two platinum bangles for $16. No need to neg folks, nothing shonky here.
