JV are you American by any chance? Because there are other countries outside of the one you live in.
Because there are other countries outside of the one you live in.
This is OzBargain though, not OtherCountryBargain…
And? It’s a sale open to Aussies?
Does not have to be a Aussie reason for the sale.
@jv: JV I think you might need to though.
Can anyone recommend a good NZB index service? Cheap and takes PayPal.
Depends what you're after, personally I'd recommend these 2:
NZB Finder, can have a free account which gives 6 free downloads per day, or can pay. There are often coupons floating around so may be worth a search. This one's good if you already have a reader.
If you've been out of the game a while I'd just buy Newsbin Pro and subscribe to their search, it's one of the best I've used.
I use Newsbin software as I got it a long time ago, however for searching I use NZB Finder (along with some other free ones).
Depends on what you call cheap. I use Drunken slug and NZBgeek and if i remember correctly they both have PayPal as payment options
I take back my +1, this company looks dodgy as hell. Hard to find FAQ's and zero information on retention, number of connections, etc.
Go to there home page https://usenetprime.com/
Not the sale portal
This is a far cheaper deal, and I've been using them for ages. Probably need a backup account for the occasional missing file, but mostly decent as a primary.
Thanks mate, picked up the 6TB block.
Thanks for that. I got a 6TB block.
waiting for a tweaknews sale.. they're not based in the USA so ignore the DCMA takedown requests.
Does anyone know what backbone they use. I already have block with a highwinds reseller so no point getting this if it's reselling same backbone.
I'm probably more inclined to look for a deal with a european provider, for same reasons as given by gizmomelb.
Good reference for backbones:

UsenetPrime uses UsenetExpress.
Is this a joke?
