I found this deal on the DELL website. It includes the delivery also. Therefore it's cheaper than mwave.com.au + delivery

  Got one for $36.4 before, shopback $3.31 makes it $33. Works fine, with two extra USB ports but only connecting mouse can't charge iPad. It's just average KB but for 30 with delivery can't complain anything.

      I believe so. The arm rest is inside the original dell box so should be there. See reviews pictures it shows arm rest as well.
