why are they so expensive when looking cheap

    • -2

      hi there,

Can you please explain in what way they look cheap?

We use a custom blend of 210g cotton and spandex which ensures a super smooth fabric feel and retains it shape over time.

Plus even at their regular price of $32AUD, when compared to most stores we are very affordable for a premium fitted tee.

Feel free to check out some of our reviews on Product Review which often mention the quality of the tees as one of their standout features https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/myka-style

Might have to price to the market. $25.50 is pretty expensive these days for a basic. People are going for the cheaper options in this environment of uncertainty.

If you want to pay as little as possible for a shirt, you can head to your local Kmart and pick one up for $5. However, the amount of days your shirt will last you is about the same as the amount of dollars you paid for it.

We are not trying to be the cheapest on the market. The focus of our shirts is quality, fit and durability.

I understand not everyone is interested in our t-shirts but for those looking for a well-fitting shirt that they can wear for almost any day-to-day occasion, our shirts are a steal at $32 each let alone $25 :)

@slavnap: I hope you realise this is ozbargain? Members here are probably the least interested in paying a premium for basics so they’re a tough audience to please.

@slavnap: well, not with that attitude mate xD

the material doesn't look premium, give me a feel that's it 100% polyester or something, and why are the model wearing such tight fitting shirt, espcially the black variant, it looks so weird

    2 for $15 is a deal, is $51 a typo?

  • +3

They do look cheap. No difference to Cotton On or kmart/target basic tee. Must be a typo in price.

    • can you please explain in what way they look cheap just so we can aim to improve on our future releases?

I just took a selfie of myself leaning against a wall and looking as EMO as possible…

Seriously, I couldn't tell the difference between how my daggie, cheapo T-shirt looked against these rather expensive variants.

Not gonna lie at 32 bucks a shirt its definitely up there, but a mate of mine did have the shirt on the other day and he didn't look half bad in it in that blueish colour

Think the tight fit works for the those wanting to show of their muscles (mate has never stepped foot in a gym but actually looked alright) but not my cup of tea.

Probably not the best place to post on ozbargain for that price though… maybe try one of those fashion forums
