Edited to add: on my screen, the price column says "Price (Ex. GST)", so it fully compliant.
Given that it's open to the public, it's obviously not EXCLUSIVELY B2B, so I'd still argue that it's non-compliant.

Thanks for informing the issue by sharing image, I will make sure it will get fixed. Also, this website was designed for B2B customers (similar to mouser, and Digikey).
I'm with siliconb on this one. To be fair it may just be an issue with formatting on their mobile pages.

I don't have a problem with this listing, nor the price, nor the product.
However the vendor is breaking Australian consumer law by not advertising that the price is EXCLUDING GST.
It does once you add it to your cart and try and check it out, but it also needs to do so on the page that it's advertised on.
If I'm mistaken, please let me know and I'll revoke my vote.
