    If anyone else has troubles finding the submit button after entering details (I had trouble using Firefox with noscript & various other add-ons) then just hit the tab key a few times to tab through past the state and postcode boxes which scrolls/reveals the rest of the page/promotion.

    or maybe it was because I didn't click the "like" button and I've just haxxed their forced virality heh ;)

    You don't have to 'like' them to fill out the sample form by the looks of it, & the page doesn't indicate that you have to either.
