Be very careful. I purchased one last night and I did not get a code sent. They are saying I didn't place an order but I have the transaction details from Paypal. Having a hell of a time getting any answers. They take their time responding to messages.
They emailed me back and they said they have been having some issues with paypal payments registering on their end even after being recieved.
Refunded me promptly.
Over 24 hours and nothing for me. They are still denying the purchase and no refund. I think I will go through Paypal

Took them about 8ish hours to reply to my email and refund me.
Definitely go through paypal if cdkey is denying you the refund.

Yes. The site is bit confusing. After you approve the order in PayPal, you still have to submit the order. At first I missed submitting. And then made another order and worked.
They have failed to respond to my last two emails so I have lodged a dispute with Palpal.

Just bought through PayPal worked perfectly, but yes I almost missed the final step. Just had to register to get the code and redeem without a worry. 4 free games available to dl
